Enduro Marketing LLC (“Enduro,” “we,” “us”) provides marketing and software services, including Google Ads management, custom GoHighLevel builds, websites and funnels, CRM implementation, automation, and industry-specific lead-generation software. The related product GeneratorEstimates.io is operated and billed by Enduro Marketing LLC.

These Terms cover general use of this website. Custom builds, advertising management, and software services are provided under a separate accepted proposal, statement of work, order form, or subscription agreement. Visiting this website or submitting an inquiry does not create a payment obligation.

You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate information where you submit it. Where an account exists, you are responsible for its use and for keeping login credentials secure.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or overload the site or its systems, or use the site to infringe rights or misappropriate information. You remain responsible for activity under your account.

Custom builds, advertising management, and software services are provided according to the applicable accepted proposal, statement of work, order form, or subscription agreement. That document defines deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, revisions, support, and commercial terms.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific accepted service agreement, the service agreement controls for that service.

Pricing and payment terms for a service are disclosed in the applicable agreement or checkout process for that service. These Terms do not set specific prices for any service.

Enduro’s fees are separate from client-funded advertising spend and from platform subscriptions and usage charges (for example, advertising-network or software-platform costs). For any subscription, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and any introductory billing trigger follow the actual accepted terms for that subscription.

These general website Terms do not override an existing customer’s accepted offer or agreement.

For paid services, you are responsible for providing accurate materials, necessary access and approvals, and lawful instructions. Many services depend on third-party platforms, advertising networks, integrations, and services we do not control, and their availability and rules can affect results.

Marketing results vary. We do not guarantee specific leads, rankings, revenue, ad approval, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms. Any express commitments are made in the specific agreement for that service.

This site’s content, branding, and our pre-existing materials belong to Enduro.

Materials you supply remain yours, and you confirm you have the rights to provide them. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are set by the applicable project agreement. These Terms do not assign all client data or custom work to Enduro.

Where an SMS program is active, messages are sent by Enduro Marketing LLC for the Enduro Marketing brand for purposes such as appointment reminders, follow-up, and project-related notices. Message frequency varies with the activity involved. Message and data rates may apply.

We may not deliver messages if contact information is invalid or if carrier or network limitations prevent delivery. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of any purchase, and accepting these Terms, submitting a phone number, or ordinary website use is not, by itself, SMS marketing consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where notice is required, we will provide it through this site or as otherwise appropriate. Posting a revision does not by itself change existing payment obligations or previously accepted project terms.
